CRITERIA
To qualify for a Top 25 ranking brokerages must meet the following requirements:

• Submissions from senior management only will be considered
• All brokers / loan writers must operate under the brokerage’s own brand
• The brokerage must have a minimum of five brokers / loan writers
• The brokerage must be accredited with at least four banks

It is important to understand that brokerage heads that provide COMPLETE information to ALL questions maximise their chance of achieving a top ranking.

Information regarding loan volumes, arrears and conversion rates will be corroborated by the lender outlined but WILL NOT be disclosed to any other third-party.
